Return & Refund policy



For KUWAIT:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return (pickup/restocking) is free of charge.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched.

To be eligible for an online return, your purchase must be made online, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues:

  • Please check your order upon receipt, and if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@beutista.comwith photos of the products, packaging and shipping label.

  • While we take care to package your items securely, minor creasing or cosmetic damage to the outer retail packaging may occur during transit, especially for international deliveries. This does not qualify as product damage and is not eligible for refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Items that cannot be returned include: gift cards, and any items that have been opened or used.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item while the original item will be refunded back to you.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll assess it to ensure it meets our return policy.

If approved, the refund will be issued only to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund. Please allow several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

While return requests can be initiated within 14 days, please note that return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, and these costs are non-refundable. The item should be shipped back to our warehouse in Kuwait. Restocking fees do not apply.

How to Start a Return:

Please ensure your item is shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the return approval.
